Non-Returnable Items
- New Forklifts and Equipment: New forklifts and other new equipment are non-returnable. However, they are covered under a limited two-year manufacturer warranty. For warranty claims, please contact us for assistance in coordinating with the manufacturer.
Standard Return Policy
The following return policy applies to non-defective products:- Returns within 60 days: A 15% restocking fee will apply.Returns between 61-90 days: A 30% restocking fee will apply.
- Returns between 91-180 days: A 50% restocking fee will apply.
- Returns after 180 days: Products may only be returned at our sole discretion.
Defective Products
- Defective products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- No restocking fee applies for defective products exchanged for the same item or for an in-store credit.
- If requesting a refund for a defective product, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
- After 30 days, defective products fall under the standard return policy and associated fees.
Refund Methods
- For payments made via check or cash, refunds will be issued via check.
- For credit card payments, refunds will be processed back to the original credit card used for the purchase.
