• New and used forklifts and equipment are non-returnable. However, new forklifts are covered under a limited warranty of twenty-four (24) months or two thousand (2,000) hours of operation, whichever occurs first. Some exclusions apply. Standard Parts Return Policy

Non-defective parts returns may be accepted at our discretion and are subject to a restocking fee.

Defective Truck-Mounted Forklift Returns & Restocking Policy

• For payments made via check or cash, refunds will be issued via check.
• For credit card payments, refunds will be processed back to the original credit card used for the purchase.
